About us

I was born in 1976 in a village called Mazara Del Vallo in Sicily. It was a misty morning in March and you could hear the local food market setting up for the day. My father to celebrate my birth went out to buy some fresh bread and honey from a local stall holder, which was indeed a treat!!

As I grew up I remember walking through the markets on school days, with all the fresh smells of freshly caught fish, freshly picked vegetables, the radiant red meat and the distinctive smell of large Mediterranean tomatoes, I think this was a great influence on becoming a Chef!!

Today living in the UK, I am sharing these memories and skills of authentic Sicilian cooking with you!! I am proud to say that our food is exceptional and traditional, but please don’t take my word for it, read our reviews on Trip Advisor or Google+ and or try it for yourself and book a table!!

We are a family run business and we welcome you!
